This course is based on IS 3218:2009, the Code of Practice for Fire Detection and Alarm Systems
for Buildings - System Design, Installation and Servicing. The course will provide participants with the knowledge and skills required to design, install and service systems to the IS 3218:2009 standard.
Fire Alarms are a key requirement of most fire protection policies, this is a driver of fire alarm installations to both the new and existing buildings sectors.
This practical “hands on” course will involve the wiring and installing of Break Glass Units, Heat Detectors, Bells, Sirens, Smoke Detectors etc.
