Terms & Conditions

Chevron Training has a limit on the number of places per course to ensure the highest quality learning environment. Due to demand, our training courses are normally booked out 2 weeks in advance of the course commencement date.

Our Cancellation Policy requires that in the event of a participant needing to cancel their booking, our policy requires that a request is received in writing by Chevron Training & Development Ltd., no later than 30 days prior to the commencement date of the particular course signed up to. Receipt of any written request less than 30 days prior to course commencement will not be facilitated, as Chevron Training & Development Ltd will have insufficient time to fill that place.

Chevron Training are agreeable to defer to a course place for a period of up to 3 months if a difficulty arises where a student cannot undertake the training on the dates booked. We require at least 7 days prior notice in advance of course commencement, in writing, in respect of this.

Online Courses

Chevron Training is partnered with CPD College to deliver all online courses. Chevron Training's cost of delivery is incurred when a username and password are issued to a student. For this reason Chevron Training cannot provide a part of full refund to any student after a username and password have been issued.
